Vicki is the epitome of going above and beyond! I am a first time home buyer and really wanted to find a real estate agent who would not only help me find a home but educate me throughout the process. And boy did Vicki deliver!

She went to great lengths to meet with me before we even started looking at homes with her. And every time we met after that, she would go out of her way to pick us up and show us around. And I love that she did her homework! She always came prepared with printed out presentations, guides, flyers with information on the homes we were touring, and even extra details about the area we were looking at.

I was so impressed that she would remember the smallest details and comments we made about what we were wanting in a home. I felt like she was always considering what we wanted and what was best for us. She was able to broaden our view by suggesting homes/areas that we had never considered after taking into account the home features we wanted.

There was one home we were on the fence about and she went the extra mile to pick us up and drive us around the city that the home was in to help us make a decision.

And she is a wealth of knowledge. As she showed us homes she would explain features of the home that might be possible issues in the future, features that would greatly increase value, and estimates of how much renovating or replacing things would be. She would ask us questions about the home that we hadn't even considered that saved us from making choices we'd regret later. With every document that came across and step that we made towards closing on a house, Vicki was there to explain to us - in great detail - what everything meant. She is an excellent teacher and I feel so confident in her knowledge and guidance. Whenever we would put an offer in, she had all of these smart strategies to make us competitive. And she put in the time and work to help us stay updated after the offer was submitted.

I love how kind and real she was. She was transparent and straightforward which was great in this complex process. She made herself available to us 24/7 - gave us her email and cell # - and would respond so quickly at all hours of the day throughout the week and weekend.

I genuinely cannot recommend Vicki strongly enough!! If you need a realtor, she's the one! I really hope I don't have to go through this process again any time soon, but if I do, I am eager to work with Vicki again.

What a wonderful experience we had working with Vicki to find our new home in Colorado! She went above and beyond all our expectations for a realtor. Because of the lack of inventory, we were having such a hard time finding our "forever home" in the area in which we wanted to live. But that didn't stop Vicki from working tirelessly finding us what we wanted/needed. Vicki recently helped my mother sell our family home. She did an excellent job of marketing and selling the home.
